FanFusion is built for creators to thrive. These guidelines help maintain a safe, respectful, and creative space for everyone on our platform.
Our Philosophy
At FanFusion, we believe in empowering creators with the freedom to express themselves, build meaningful connections with their fans, and earn a sustainable living from their passion. We are committed to building India's most creator-friendly platform.
With that freedom comes shared responsibility. These guidelines exist to balance creative expression with community safety, ensuring that FanFusion remains a trusted, welcoming space for creators and fans alike. Every member of our community plays a role in upholding these standards.
Content Standards
FanFusion welcomes a wide range of creative content. Here is what thrives on our platform:
Original Content
Photos, videos, writing, and other media you have created or have full rights to distribute.
Creative Expression
Artistic, personal, and creative works that reflect your unique voice and perspective.
Educational Content
Tutorials, courses, how-to guides, skill-sharing, mentoring, and coaching content.
Fitness & Lifestyle
Workout routines, nutrition plans, wellness journeys, daily vlogs, and lifestyle content.
Fashion & Modeling
Fashion looks, styling tips, photoshoots, brand collaborations, and modeling portfolios.
Art & Music
Original music, performances, digital art, illustrations, behind-the-scenes studio content.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on FanFusion. Violations will result in immediate action, including content removal and potential account termination.
Illegal Content
Any content that violates Indian law, including but not limited to content prohibited under the IT Act 2000, IPC, and POCSO Act.
Content Involving Minors
Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving individuals under 18 years of age. This is a zero-tolerance policy reported to authorities.
Non-Consensual Content
Content shared without the explicit consent of all individuals depicted, including deepfakes, revenge content, or secretly recorded material.
Violence & Hate Speech
Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, caste, gender, or orientation.
Fraud & Scams
Misleading financial schemes, phishing, fake giveaways, or any content designed to deceive fans into parting with money under false pretenses.
Spam & Manipulation
Automated posting, bot-generated content, engagement manipulation, unsolicited mass messaging, or artificially inflating subscriber counts.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another person, brand, or organisation. Parody accounts must be clearly labelled as such in the profile bio.
Creator Responsibilities
As a creator on FanFusion, you are the face of your brand. Here is what we expect from every creator on the platform:
Age Verification
All creators must be at least 18 years old and complete our identity verification process with a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) before publishing content or receiving payouts.
Content Ownership
You must own or have full rights to all content you post. Do not upload copyrighted material, stolen content, or media belonging to other creators without explicit written permission.
Accurate Descriptions
Subscription tiers, pay-per-view content, and profile descriptions must accurately represent what fans will receive. Misleading previews or bait-and-switch pricing is not allowed.
Fan Interaction Standards
Treat your fans with respect in all interactions, including paid chats, DMs, and comments. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour towards fans is grounds for suspension.
Fan Code of Conduct
Fans are the lifeblood of the creator economy. We expect all fans to uphold these standards when interacting with creators and the community:
Respectful Interaction
Engage with creators and other fans respectfully. Constructive feedback is welcome; insults, threats, and toxic behaviour are not.
No Harassment
Do not harass, stalk, or send unwanted messages to creators. Repeated unwelcome contact after being asked to stop will result in a ban.
Respect Privacy
Never share, redistribute, screenshot, or record exclusive content outside the platform. Violating creator privacy is a bannable offence.
Payment Terms
Do not initiate chargebacks fraudulently. Subscription payments are non-refundable once content has been accessed. Disputes go through our resolution process.
Enforcement
We take violations seriously and enforce our guidelines consistently. Our enforcement process is designed to be fair, transparent, and proportionate.
Warning System
First-time minor violations receive a formal warning via email and in-app notification. You will be told exactly which guideline was violated and how to fix it. Warnings remain on your account for 12 months.
Content Removal
Violating content is removed immediately upon detection or after review. You will receive a notification explaining why the content was removed. Repeated removals escalate to the next enforcement tier.
Account Suspension
Serious or repeated violations result in temporary (7-30 days) or permanent account suspension. During suspension, payouts are held pending review. Severe violations (illegal content, CSAM, fraud) result in immediate permanent ban.
Appeals Process
You have the right to appeal any enforcement action within 30 days. Submit your appeal through your account dashboard or email us at appeals@fanfusion.in. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all appeals within 5 business days and you will receive a written decision.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. Your safety is our priority, and all reports are treated confidentially.
In-App Reporting
Use the report button on any content, profile, or message. Select the violation category and add details. Your identity is never revealed to the reported user.
Email Reporting
For urgent matters or if you cannot access the app, email safety@fanfusion.in with the offending content URL, description, and any supporting evidence.
Response Timeline: 24-48 Hours
Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours. Critical reports involving illegal content or immediate safety threats are prioritised and actioned within 4 hours. You will receive a follow-up notification once your report has been reviewed.
