How do I join FanFusion?
Sign up for our waitlist on the homepage. Once we launch, waitlist members get priority access. You'll receive an invite link via email to create your creator profile, set up your payment details, and start publishing exclusive content for your fans.
What is the early-bird fee?
Early-bird creators who join during our beta period lock in a 12% platform fee — permanently. This is significantly lower than the standard rate of 20% that will apply after the beta period ends. The fee covers payment processing, hosting, and platform infrastructure. You keep 88% of every rupee earned.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed on a weekly cycle directly to your linked bank account via UPI or NEFT. Early-bird creators enjoy priority payouts with faster processing times. You can track your earnings, pending payouts, and transaction history in real time through the creator dashboard.
What content can I upload?
FanFusion supports photos, videos, audio, written posts, polls, and live streams. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. You own your content — we never claim rights to it. Content can be set as free, subscriber-only, or pay-per-view with pricing you control.
How do I set subscription prices?
You have full control over your pricing. Set monthly subscription tiers starting from as low as INR 49. You can create multiple tiers (e.g. Silver, Gold, Diamond) with different perks and content access levels. Prices can be updated anytime from your creator dashboard — existing subscribers will be grandfathered into their current rate.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. We offer a dedicated migration concierge for creators moving from other platforms. Our team will help you transfer your subscriber list (with their consent), import your content archive, and set up your profile — so you don't lose momentum. Contact creators@fanfusion.in to get started.
How does the discovery boost work?
Early-bird creators get a complimentary discovery boost that surfaces your profile in our "Featured Creators" section and recommendation feeds. The algorithm considers your content quality, engagement rate, and niche relevance. This helps new fans find you organically without needing a massive existing following.
What analytics are available?
Your creator dashboard includes real-time analytics covering subscriber growth, revenue trends, content performance (views, likes, comments), audience demographics, peak activity hours, and churn rate. Export reports as CSV anytime. We're also building advanced insights powered by AI to help you optimise your content strategy.

How do I subscribe to a creator?
Browse or search for creators on FanFusion, visit their profile page, and choose a subscription tier that fits your budget. Click "Subscribe," complete the payment, and you'll get instant access to their exclusive content. You can manage all your subscriptions from your fan dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways with bank-grade encryption. International cards are also supported for fans outside India.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a creator fails to deliver promised content or their account is terminated, you're eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period. Submit refund requests through your account settings or email support@fanfusion.in within 7 days.
Is my subscription private?
Absolutely. Your subscriptions are completely private by default. Other users cannot see which creators you subscribe to. Bank statements show charges as "FanFusion" without revealing specific creator names. You can also enable an additional privacy mode that hides your profile from public search entirely.
How do I report content?
Every piece of content has a "Report" button (the flag icon). Select the reason for your report — such as harassment, illegal content, spam, or guideline violation — and our moderation team will review it within 24 hours. You can also email report@fanfusion.in for urgent concerns.
Can I message creators directly?
Yes, if the creator has enabled direct messaging. Subscribers can send messages, while creators control whether to accept messages from all fans or only from specific subscription tiers. Some creators also offer premium DM access as a higher-tier perk. All messages are encrypted end-to-end.
