Conditions
These terms govern your participation in the FanFusion beta program and early access platform. By joining our waitlist or using FanFusion, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By joining the FanFusion waitlist, creating an account, or accessing any part of the FanFusion platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Early Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Creator," or "Fan") and FanFusion ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
Beta Program Terms
FanFusion is currently in its beta phase. By participating, you understand and agree to the following:
Early Access Nature
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis during the beta period. You may experience bugs, downtime, or incomplete features. We are actively building and improving the platform based on early user feedback.
Features May Change
Features, user interfaces, and functionality may be added, modified, or removed at any time during the beta phase without prior notice. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes in advance.
Feedback Expected
As a beta member, we value your input. You may be invited to share feedback, report bugs, or participate in surveys. Your feedback helps us shape the platform and will be treated as non-confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Waitlist-Based Onboarding
Access to the Platform is granted through our waitlist on a rolling basis. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access. We onboard users in waves to ensure platform stability and quality of service.
Early-Bird Pricing
As an early member of FanFusion, you are eligible for our exclusive early-bird pricing:

For creators who join after public launch
The 12% early-bird platform fee is locked for the lifetime of your account as long as you joined during the beta / waitlist period and maintain an active account in good standing.
Post-launch, the standard platform fee will be 20% for all new creators.
The platform fee is deducted from creator earnings before payout. Payment gateway charges (if any) are separate and passed through at cost with full transparency.
A detailed fee breakdown is available in your creator dashboard for every transaction, ensuring complete transparency.
Account & Eligibility
To use FanFusion, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a creator or fan on FanFusion. We may require age verification at any time.
Valid Indian Bank Account
Creators must have a valid Indian bank account linked to their profile for receiving payouts. We support all major Indian banks via UPI, NEFT, and IMPS transfers.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at security@fanfusion.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
Creator Content & Ownership
Full IP Ownership. Creators retain full intellectual property rights and ownership of all content they upload, create, or distribute on FanFusion. We do not claim ownership over your content at any point.
Platform License. By uploading content, you grant FanFusion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
Content Compliance. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content that violates applicable Indian laws, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or breaches our guidelines will be removed and may result in account suspension.
Content Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you post. FanFusion does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Guidelines at our discretion.
Revenue & Payouts
Weekly Priority Payouts
Waitlist members and early-bird creators enjoy weekly priority payouts, processed every Monday. Standard creators (post-launch) will receive bi-weekly payouts.
Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum payout threshold is ₹500. Earnings below this amount will carry over to the next payout cycle until the threshold is met.
Payment Processing
Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days from the scheduled payout date. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. All payouts are made in Indian Rupees (INR) via bank transfer.
Tax Obligations
Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations, including GST registration (if applicable) and income tax filings. FanFusion may deduct TDS as required under Indian tax law and will provide necessary documentation for your tax filings.
Fan Purchases
Subscriptions. Fan subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Subscription prices are set by creators and may be changed with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Pay-Per-View (PPV) Purchases. Individual content purchases are one-time, non-transferable transactions. Once purchased, PPV content remains accessible in your library as long as the creator's account and the content remain active on the Platform.
Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of content on FanFusion, all purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Tips & Gifts. Tips and gifts sent to creators are voluntary, non-refundable contributions. They are processed as one-time payments and are subject to the same platform fee structure as other earnings.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on FanFusion. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination. For a comprehensive list, please refer to our Community Guidelines.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Filing false or frivolous chargebacks or payment disputes to obtain content for free.
Account Sharing
Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing unauthorized access to paid content.
Content Piracy
Downloading, redistributing, screenshotting, or re-uploading creator content without explicit permission.
Harassment & Abuse
Bullying, threatening, doxxing, or harassing any user, creator, or FanFusion staff member.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another person, creator, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
Platform Manipulation
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate engagement metrics, game referral systems, or exploit platform features.
Platform Rights
Feature Modification. FanFusion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. During the beta phase, changes are expected as we iterate on the product.
Terms Updates. We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Content Moderation. FanFusion reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. We may use a combination of automated tools and human review for content moderation.
Intellectual Property. All FanFusion branding, trademarks, logos, and platform design are the exclusive property of FanFusion. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
FanFusion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during the beta period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform.
FanFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FanFusion in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may affect platform availability.
Termination
By You. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be removed from the Platform. Any pending payouts above the minimum threshold will be processed in the next scheduled payout cycle.
By FanFusion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
Data Handling. Upon account termination, we will retain your data only as required by applicable Indian law (including tax and financial records). Personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account closure, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any accrued obligations shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
